About Us

Davida Shensky, CSL, has over 24 years of experience in Counseling and Human Resources, with an AAS in Mental Health, BS in Psychology, and credits towards an MS in Rehabilitation Counseling. Davida Shensky spent the early part of her life learning to LIVE WITHOUT LIMITS. Her attitude is that it’s not the limits she placed on herself but the limits that society placed on her because of her disability. She entered the workplace 12 years before ADA became law and found by being self employed was her only option. Ms. Shensky has used her personal experiences to help clients find independence and gainful employment.

CareerPerformance Institute was founded in 1983 offering group and individual counseling to clients. In 1991 the focus of the company changed to help more people to improve their self esteem, security, with insight and success in self-employment.
